Valma Ahtola

Valma Ahtola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and team management. Currently serving as the Team Manager for Sales Support at SATO since April 2019, Valma has developed and led teams dedicated to assisting sales agents and customers in the real estate sector. Previous roles include Lead Customer Specialist and Customer Specialist at SATO, as well as various customer service positions at Nordic Business Forum and Fullsteam Agency, including festival supervision. Valma has also engaged in educational and volunteer activities with the Erasmus Student Network, contributing significantly to the support of incoming exchange students. Valma holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, augmented by international study experience at the University of Greenwich.
