Matilda Tsaka

Matilda Tsaka currently serves as a CX Ops Specialist at Satori Analytics, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Matilda accumulated nearly a decade of experience at Theodorou Group, progressing from Marketing Assistant to Marketing Communications Specialist. In this role, Matilda designed and implemented marketing plans, coordinated events, managed lead generation campaigns, and handled various marketing materials while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the sales team. Matilda began the professional journey with internships at ALUMINCO SA and APIVITA SA, and holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business.
