Yuky Yu, CPA, CAMS

Yuky Yu, CPA, CAMS has a significant amount of work experience in various roles within the finance and accounting industry.

In 2008, Yuky Yu started their career as a Treasury member at SIFE University of Manchester. From there, they joined BDO Limited in 2011 as an Assurance Associate, where they were responsible for preparing engagement planning, conducting audit examinations, and coaching junior staff.

In 2012, Yuky Yu transitioned to a role as a Fund Accounting Supervisor at MaplesFS, where they performed cash reconciliations, prepared net asset values, and managed cash forecasting. They remained in this role until 2015 when they moved to State Street as an Alternative Investment Solutions - NAV Specialist.

In 2015, Yuky Yu joined Citi as an Assistant Manager, where they were involved in various tasks such as reviewing net asset values, evaluating cash/position reconciliations, and liaising with auditors. They also participated in projects and ensured the highest standard of service delivery to clients.

In 2016, Yuky Yu joined SS&C Technologies as a Manager, and then transitioned to AYASA Globo Financial Services in 2017 as a Vice President. They held this role until 2019 when they joined Maples Group as a Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing operations.

Most recently, in 2022, Yuky Yu started working at Satori Research as an Operations Director.

Throughout their career, Yuky Yu has demonstrated a strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, extensive experience in managing operations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.

Yuky Yu, CPA, CAMS has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School. Additionally, they have completed an Executive Certificate in Finance and Compliance from The University of Hong Kong's School of Professional And Continuing Education.

Yuky Yu has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In August 2020, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). In April 2019, they obtained the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) certification from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS). Yuky also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), which they obtained in May 2014.
