Alan Guo

Alan Guo has over 20 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent management and business transformation. Alan currently serves as the VP HR - Food Solutions, Group Rewards at SATS Ltd. Previously, Alan held various leadership roles at Baker Hughes and Shell, where they led HR strategy and initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, including roles such as Global HR Director and Regional HR Head. Alan's expertise lies in driving organizational change, improving business performance, and developing high-performing teams.

Alan Guo received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from China-US Business Administration University in Beijing, China, from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Yangzhou Educational Institute in China from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in College with a focus on English/Language Arts Teacher Education. Additionally, Alan Guo obtained certifications such as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in December 2022, and participated in courses on Creating a Culture of Change and Organization Design from LinkedIn in 2020. Alan also holds a Certified Organizational Coach Level Two from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
