Amanda Stephenson Fallaw

Amanda Stephenson Fallaw, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Satterfield Construction Co., Inc., since November 2023. Amanda has extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions including Director of Human Resources, Interim Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Manager at Wesley Commons Retirement Community from 2007 to 2023. Amanda's involvement in the Piedmont Area Human Resource Association includes serving as Past President, Chapter President, and Workforce Readiness Advocate. Additionally, Amanda holds the position of Certification Director for the South Carolina SHRM State Council since January 2023. Amanda's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management from Lander University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Charleston Southern University, and an Associate's degree in Business, Office Systems Technology from Piedmont Technical College.
