Lokesh Rachappa

Lokesh Rachappa has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sector, currently serving as the Manager of Commercial, Billing, Estimation, and Costing at Sattva since October 2018. Previously, Lokesh held the position of Manager at Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd. from June 2015 to October 2018, leading the Post Contracts team. Educationally, Lokesh Rachappa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from both NIE Institute of Technology in Mysore and Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in March 2005.
