David Sava has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Their most recent role is as a Corporate Pilot in Command (PIC) for Saturn Aviation, operating two G-200s in Part 91 and 135 Charter. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a G-200 Lead Captain and Contract Pilot, specializing in helping small flight departments establish pilot groups and coordinating aircraft acquisitions. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they were a Lead Captain on a G-200 for Executive Jet Management. DAVID also has experience as a Citation XL Pilot for Gama Aviation from 2015 to 2017 and as a Citation Pilot and PIC for Delta Airlines in 2015. In 2013, they worked as an Aviation Asset Manager for Southeast Aircraft, LLC, and in 2012, they served as an Airline Captain for Sky King Inc. DAVID started their career in 2006 as a 747 Pilot for World Airways, followed by a role as a B727 Captain for Boston-Maine/Pan Am Airlines from 2004 to 2006. DAVID began their professional pilot career as a DC-10 Captain for Omni Air International from 2002 to 2004.
David Sava attended Montville High from 1974 to 1977, where they obtained a Diploma in general courses. Several years later, from 2006 to 2008, they enrolled at Thomas Edison State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Technology (BSAST) with a focus on Aerospace and Physics.
