Lakshmi Rao

Lakshmi Rao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Sauce Labs since January 2019, Lakshmi has held various roles within the company, including Manager of Customer Support and Senior Escalation Engineer. Prior to joining Sauce Labs, significant contributions were made at Open Text (formerly Vignette) from 2005 to 2020, as a Lead Support Engineer and Escalations Engineer in Customer Care. Earlier career highlights include a Senior Software Developer position at Adelphia Cable Communications and roles as a Software Developer and Software Analyst in various companies. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Technology from Bangalore University.
