Moustafa Ahmed

Moustafa Ahmed has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Chef of the Buffet at شركة الخطوط السعودية للتموين since February 2017 and as Head Chef for the buffet at Al Fursan Lounge in Cairo during the same period. Prior to these roles, Moustafa held the position of Shift Supervisor at Spectra from June 2012 to January 2017 and served as Kitchen Supervisor at Sidi Mansour Cafe & Restaurant from July 2005 to June 2011. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from Helwan University in Cairo, encompassing a Bachelor of Arts and Education in Arabic Language, as well as additional degrees in the field of education.
