Sakhar AlRubyan is currently employed at Public Investment Fund (PIF) as the Head of Human Capital. Prior to PIF, AlRubyan held the position of Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer & Head of Recruitment at The Saudi National Bank (SNB). With extensive experience in the field, AlRubyan also served as the General Manager and Human Resources Group Head at Samba Financial Group for over 15 years.
