Darweesh al-Buainain

Darweesh Al-Buainain has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Chief Information Security Officer at Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) since July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Information Security at SATORP from June 2019 to July 2020. Before joining SATORP, they worked at Marafiq as the GRC Lead, Cyber Security from January 2018 to June 2019. Darweesh has also acquired several additional certifications, including Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) from EC-Council, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification from Intertek, CBCi from Business Continuity Management Institute, BCM Institute, CCNA from Cisco, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from Intertek, and MCP from Microsoft.
