Krishna Sukumaran has extensive experience in the field of managed services and software architecture, currently serving as Manager of IBM Software Brands and Brand Leader of IBM Hybrid Cloud at Saudi Business Machines since May 2012. Notable contributions include acting as IBM Netcool Architect focused on managed services solutions for Saudi Telecom, where responsibilities encompassed requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of Netcool enhancement projects. Previous roles include Netcool Specialist and NMS Consultant at Saudi Telecom, along with significant positions at Thrupoint, Inc., Capgemini, and UBS. Krishna holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Indian Engineering College, earned from 1994 to 1998.
