Tharwat Amer

Tharwat Amer, CFA, CPA, is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at SEDCO Holding since August 2016. In addition to this role, Tharwat Amer holds significant positions such as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at Elaf Group and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Methak Holding and AutoWorld. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at SRMG, Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company, and Jadwa Investment.
