Wafa Saud Alharbi has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Wafa Saud is currently serving as the Director of Talent Development & Performance Management at Saudi EXIM Bank. Prior to this, they were a member of the Cranfield Saudi Executive Advisory Board at Cranfield University. In the same year, they also became a Graduate Member of THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT, where they studied the most updated HR Strategies and Practices until 2012. Alharbi has also obtained additional certifications, including the "Into Director Programme" from Cranfield School of Management in 2019, "Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin" from LinkedIn in 2018, and the "Certified professional in Human Resources & Compensation" from the Institute of Human Resources Management Education, Inc Carefree, Arizona, USA in 2012. Wafa Saud also became a CIPD Graduate Member in January 2010.
