Wafa Saud Alharbi

Wafa Saud Alharbi has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Wafa Saud is currently serving as the Director of Talent Development & Performance Management at Saudi EXIM Bank. Prior to this, they were a member of the Cranfield Saudi Executive Advisory Board at Cranfield University. Wafa also worked at SITE سايت as a Human Capital Development Partner, where they were responsible for establishing the Talent Development Department. Wafa Saud has also held the role of Senior Specialist Organizational Effectiveness at TakaMoL Holding, where they conducted organizational design analysis and managed the performance review process. Additionally, Wafa has worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Volkswagen Group Saudi Arabia and as a Manpower Planning Specialist at National Guard Health Affairs. Wafa Saud started their career as an HR Intern at London Hilton on Park Lane and gained experience as a Social Worker Intern at King Faisal Specialist Hospital.

Wafa Saud Alharbi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Since, Social Work from King Saud University. Wafa Saud then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University from 2010 to 2011. In the same year, they also became a Graduate Member of THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT, where they studied the most updated HR Strategies and Practices until 2012. Alharbi has also obtained additional certifications, including the "Into Director Programme" from Cranfield School of Management in 2019, "Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin" from LinkedIn in 2018, and the "Certified professional in Human Resources & Compensation" from the Institute of Human Resources Management Education, Inc Carefree, Arizona, USA in 2012. Wafa Saud also became a CIPD Graduate Member in January 2010.
