Khaldoun Soubra

Khaldoun Soubra, PMP, FMP, is a seasoned professional in the construction and facility management sectors, currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Commercial Director at Saudi Icon Company since September 2019, where responsibilities include senior project management and commercial oversight in design and build fit-out contracting. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at CAP France BAT SA, overseeing MEP and facility management works from July 2013 to September 2019, as well as positions as Mechanical Engineer at Cap France Bat and Saudi Oger Ltd. Khaldoun Soubra began a career in the industry as a trainee with Bechtel from July 2007 to September 2008. Educational qualifications include a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Beirut Arab University, earned between 2004 and 2009, and an extensive foundational education at International College from 1989 to 2003.
