Ramil Dinglasa

Ramil Dinglasa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at Mindanao State University - General Santos since August 2024, Ramil also holds a position in Management Support at SABIC since January 2023. Previously, Ramil has been with Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company as a Learning and Development Administrator (QAD) and Sr. Laboratory Technologist since March 2015. Ramil began the career at Cargill as a Quality Assurance Analyst from February 2003 to March 2015. Academically, Ramil has earned an MSc in International Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and holds a Doctor of Management in Human Resources Management from Ateneo de Davao University, along with an Executive MBA from the same institution. Additional educational credentials include a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Technology from Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology and a Human Resource Manager Development Program certificate from the Asian Institute of Management, as well as a Sustainable Business Strategy certificate from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
