Noura Alissa

Noura Alissa is a Senior International Policy Specialist at the Ministry of Energy, having previously worked as a Senior Analyst in Policy & Impact at Takamol Holding. Noura is also a National Athlete in the Saudi Arabian Taekwondo Federation and has served as a Political Analysis Intern at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia. Noura holds a Master's degree in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences from UCL. Noura has a diverse educational background with experience in social enterprise and global citizenship programs.
