Ross Salt

Ross Salt possesses extensive experience in railway operations and planning, currently serving as the Passenger Operation Planning Manager and Head of Planning & Performance at Saudi Railway Company since April 2015, overseeing the largest railway project in the world. Previously, Ross held key leadership roles at London Midland from November 2007 to April 2015, managing Train Planning, Rostering, and Manpower Planning for approximately 1,200 train crew members. Additional experience includes positions at Central Trains, where Ross progressed from Duty Traincrew Manager to Rostering Manager, and early career roles at British Rail focused on roster management. Ross's educational background includes studies at Washwood Heath from 1980 to 1985.
