Hazim Shaheen

Hazim Shaheen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of IT Strategy & Planning at Saudia Technic since October 2023, focusing on strategic alignment and performance metrics. Previously, Hazim held various roles at SGS - Saudi Ground Services from May 2009 to October 2024, including Manager of IT Service Management and Assistant Manager of IT Performance & Compliance, where responsibilities included process improvement and risk management. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Strategy & Security Specialist and SharePoint Administrator at Saudi Airlines Catering Company from June 2006 to April 2009. Hazim holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information System from Al Ahliyya Amman University.
