Alina Chladek

Alina Chladek has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist and HR Consultant at Sausalitos Holding GmbH since October 2016. Prior to this, Alina held the positions of Werkstudentin and Bachelor-Student at Sausalitos. Alina's professional journey began at Ölhans, where a Bachelor-Student role was held from October 2014 to September 2016. Alina earned a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completing the degree in February 2021, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gastronomiemanagement from iba - Internationale Berufsakademie, München, obtained in September 2017.
