Alisha Chaffee

Alisha Chaffee is an experienced purchasing and operations professional with a strong background in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Savage Arms Inc. since November 2017, Alisha has held positions including Senior Buyer and Indirect Materials Sr. Supervisor. Prior to that, Alisha worked as Operations Supervisor at A.T. Wall, where responsibilities included enhancing process flow and training teams in Lean manufacturing principles. Alisha's earlier experience includes five years as Production Coordinator at Parmatech Corporation, focusing on managing Metal Injection Molding (MIM) production, resolving operational issues, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Bay Path University and has foundational education from Worcester State University.
