Brian Cropp

Brian Cropp, MBA, PHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources with extensive experience in leadership positions. Brian is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Savant Senior Living since November 2022. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Phoenix House California from April 2019 to November 2022. Brian also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Phoenix House Texas from April 2019 to March 2021. Before joining Phoenix House, Brian worked at Phoenix House as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources from February 2018 to March 2019 and as the Director of Human Resources from October 2016 to February 2018. Brian also served as the Director of Human Resources at Five Acres--The Boy's and Girl's Aid Society of Los Angeles from August 2014 to October 2016. Earlier in their career, Brian worked at Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove as the Sr. Director of Human Resources from May 2007 to August 2013. Brian started their professional journey at KiddieCorp, Inc. where they held the positions of Program Manager from March 2006 to December 2006 and Director of Recruiting from January 2004 to March 2006.

Brian Cropp, MBA, PHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same university between 2013 and 2016. Additionally, Brian obtained several certifications, including the SHRM-CP in May 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) in February 2012 from HRCI. Brian also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in February 2011. Recently, Brian acquired a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, although the specific month is unknown.
