Prince Owusu-Mensah is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Behavioral Financial Advisor™ (BFA™), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®) with a diverse range of experience in the financial industry.

Starting in 2016, Prince gained their first experience at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where they initially served as an intern before being promoted to a Client Relationship Manager. Their time at the company lasted until August 2017.

Afterwards, Prince joined Cambridge Associates in October 2017 as an Investment Associate. Prince worked in this role until December 2018.

In December 2018, Prince joined The Family Firm, Inc. as a Paraplanner, contributing to the firm's financial planning activities until December 2019.

Prince began their education in 2011 at Virginia State University, where they pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. After completing their time at Virginia State University in 2013, Prince Owusu-Mensah transferred to Virginia Tech.

At Virginia Tech, they focused on Applied Economics with a specialization in the CFP® Certification Education Option. Prince successfully completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Economics in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Prince Owusu-Mensah has obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise in the field of financial planning. Prince obtained the Virginia Life and Annuities Producer License from the Virginia State Corporation Commission in December 2017. Subsequently, they obtained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) certification from the College for Financial Planning in April 2020.

In March 2021, Prince Owusu-Mensah earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) certification from The American College of Financial Services. Prince also became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, certified by the CFP Board, in April 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the Uniform Investment Adviser (Series 65) certification from FINRA in January 2020 and the Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA™) certification from think2perform in November 2022.
