Sashenka Worsman

Sashenka Worsman is an experienced leader in the international development sector, currently serving as Head of Strategy and Analytics and Pacific Strategy and Growth Lead at Save the Children Australia. Worsman has a background as the Chief Executive Officer of Oaktree, an organization focused on youth-led advocacy for social justice, and has held various influential roles, including Member of the Board of Directors at the Australian Council for International Development and Executive Committee Member for the Campaign for Australian Aid. Prior experience includes serving as National Director of the youth movement VGen at World Vision Australia. Worsman holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Adelaide and furthered education at Harvard University in Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster.
