Dr. Sharmistha Das

Dr. Sharmistha Das has a wealth of experience in the field of research, monitoring, and evaluation within organizations focused on child welfare. Dr. Sharmistha is currently serving as the Senior Manager in Quality and Evidence at Bal Raksha Bharat, where Dr. Sharmistha also held previous roles such as Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Dr. Sharmistha worked at Child in Need Institute as both a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Coordinator. Dr. Das has a strong background in knowledge management and research that Dr. Sharmistha brings to their current role.
