Erin Cowan - Hegg

Erin Cowan Hegg, LMSW, CNP, serves as the Chief Programs Officer at Save the Family Foundation of Arizona since September 2021, following an impactful tenure as Director of Programs at Child Crisis Arizona from October 2007 to July 2021. Prior to this, Erin held the position of Program Director at West Valley Child Crisis Center from September 2004 to October 2007, focusing on the development and operations of child-focused programs. Erin's career began as a Residential Program Manager at Parc Place, where responsibilities included overseeing residential services and staff management. Erin holds both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Arizona State University.
