Ewa Mierzowska

Ewa Mierzowska has extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Ewa is currently serving as the HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe at SAVENCIA, where they are responsible for HR strategy, policies, and team management. Previously, they held the position of HR Director for Central and Northern Europe at SAVENCIA. Before joining SAVENCIA, Ewa was the HR Director for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) at Mars, and they also served as the HR Director for Poland at Mars. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Valeo Wiper Systems and as a Consultant at Advisory Group TEST Human Resources and Grupa Teraz. Ewa began their career as a Junior Consultant at Gren Communication.

Ewa Mierzowska has a diverse education background. In 1996, they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University, and from 2009 to 2010, they pursued Postgraduate Studies in Labor Law, also at Jagiellonian University. In 2014, Ewa completed the Approved Coach Specific Training at Erickson Coaching International, specializing in coaching. Currently, they are undertaking the Sparking Innovation: Inclusion, Collaboration, and Teams Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business & Stanford VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab, with an expected completion date in 2022.
