Robert Papla

Robert Papla has extensive experience in senior management roles, currently serving as General Manager for Sales & Operations in the Caucasus and Central Asia at Groupe SAVENCIA since July 2011, after previously holding the position of Business Development Manager for Central Asia and the Middle East. Prior to this, Robert served as International Director at Aluprof, overseeing operations across seven subsidiaries in Europe. As CEO of Selena Co SA, responsibility extended to the international operations of the Selena Group, managing 14 companies and over 50 export markets. Earlier roles included Managing Director at Royal Unibrew, where operations of two breweries were managed, and Managing Director at Groupe Soparind Bongrain, focusing on restructuring a cheese factory. Robert holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Agility from Narxoz University and a Master of Science in Economics from AGH University of Krakow.
