Sebastian Belfiore

Sebastian Belfiore has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2013, they started as a Junior Product Manager at Selective-Apps, where they developed interfaces for different devices and helped lay out the product roadmap. Sebastian also conducted quality control, integrated user information, and managed the company's website.

From 2014 to 2016, Sebastian worked as a Product Designer at Startup Media LLC, where they played a role in designing iOS and web applications from ideation to market.

In 2016, Sebastian joined CareSync as a Product Designer, focusing on creating accessible experiences for healthcare professionals and patients. Sebastian led user experience efforts for the Compass web application and designed the Scribe mobile application.

In 2018, Sebastian became a part of Inspirata as a Lead Product Designer. Sebastian worked closely with oncologists and researchers to develop oncology applications using artificial intelligence. Sebastian also contributed to the Cancer Information Data Trust (CIDT) Team, creating engaging experiences for cancer researchers, clinicians, and patients. Sebastian led design operations, conducted user research, and created design libraries.

Sebastian's most recent position is as the Director of Product Design at SaVia Health, starting in 2022. Sebastian is responsible for providing decision support to clinicians by developing software that facilitates quick and code-free process changes.

Sebastian Belfiore completed their Bachelor's degree in New Media Production from the University of Tampa, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2009, they also attended the Marist College Summer Game Institute for a 3-month immersive program in Game Design & Development.

Prior to their college education, Sebastian Belfiore attended TASIS The American School in England from 1998 to 2009. Before that, from 1994 to 1998, they attended the American School of Dubai.

In addition to their academic education, Sebastian Belfiore has obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they completed a course on "Texting and E-mail with Patients - Meeting HIPAA Requirements and Patient Desires" offered by ComplianceIQ.com. In January 2019, they obtained the "HIPAA Associate (HIPAAA)" certification from HIPAA Training. Sebastian also completed the "OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard 29 CFR" certification from ProTrainings in January 2019.
