Walid Alaiwan

Walid Alaiwan works as an Associate Director at Savills Middle East, providing strategic leadership and direction to the UAE Team in delivering construction projects and developments. As a Senior Project Manager, Walid managed and delivered various projects across the MENA region for clients like Oliver Wyman Group and White & Case. Walid also played a key role in setting up and growing the Project & Cost Management department at Savills. Prior to their current role, Walid worked as a Project Manager at JLL, managing fitout construction projects for clients such as Boeing and Julius Baer. During their time in the Graduate Program at JLL, Walid gained broad knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and its various disciplines. Walid holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
