Kevin Hodges

Kevin Hodges has over 30 years of experience representing tenants in office lease transactions. Since 2004, Kevin has worked out of Savills Houston office as part of the Law Firm Practice Group, representing numerous law firms, especially in the Central Business District.

His background extends throughout the engineering industry, mostly counseling and representing firms engaged in the energy sector. Due to his exceptional client relations and amiable personality, Kevin has maintained many long-term clients over his three decades in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Savills, Kevin was Vice President of Trione & Gordon, followed by becoming co-founder and Managing Partner of Cresa Partners’ Houston office. While Kevin’s experience mainly lies with representing tenants, he also assisted Texas Commerce Bank (Chase Bank) in the leasing of its downtown office buildings while at Trione & Gordon.
