Barb Frederick

Barb Frederick is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in consulting and management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Savino Human Resources Partners Limited since October 2021, Barb provides targeted human resources services to address specific organizational issues. As the founder of B.Frederick HR Consulting since May 2019, Barb advises various companies on human capital strategies, policy development, and workforce management. Previously, Barb held the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor for the County of Lennox and Addington from August 2014 to April 2019, overseeing HR activities for over 420 employees, and served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pathways to Independence for 24 years. Barb holds a degree in Business with specializations in Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, Organizational Development, and Finance from Athabasca University, completed between 2008 and 2010.
