Matthew Savino

Matthew Savino is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and consulting. As the Founder of HRLive.ca since January 2016, Matthew has developed a platform that streamlines the hosting, automation, and management of HR processes. Prior to this, Matthew served as the Managing Partner and Senior Consultant at SHRP Limited from September 2008 to February 2024, where the firm provided comprehensive outsourced HR and executive recruitment services. Matthew's career includes roles such as Director of Human Resources at Flying Colours Corp, Vice-President of Human Resources and Corporate Development at MCCLOSKEY INTERNATIONAL LTD, and Director of Human Resources at SGS Canada Inc. Additionally, Matthew held the position of Corporate Manager of Human Resources at The Canadian Salt Mining Company Ltd from 1994 to 2000. Matthew holds an LL.B. degree in Law from Queen's University.
