Hongyi Yang

Hongyi Yang is an accomplished data management professional with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Management and Lead Data Engineer at Savista since May 2021, Hongyi has a strong background in data integration and analytics, having held multiple roles such as Data Integration Manager and Advanced Analytics Team Lead at nThrive from July 2016 to May 2022. Additionally, Hongyi has demonstrated academic prowess as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in early 2017 and as a Research and Graduate Assistant at the same institution from 2007 to 2015. Hongyi Yang earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computational Biophysics/Chemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
