Prior to that, Laxmi held positions such as Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director, where they oversaw service line management, strategy, advisory services, and human resources. Laxmi has a strong background in driving operational excellence, customer impact, and exceeding client expectations. Earlier in their career, Laxmi worked at Triage Consulting Group, where they led the people strategy and managed various aspects of human resources, including talent management and employee relations. Throughout their career, Laxmi has demonstrated their expertise in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and aligning processes, people, and technology to achieve organizational goals.
