Andy Black

Andy Black has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Andy is currently the Senior Director of Finance at Saviynt, where they successfully implemented financial planning and reporting systems and managed the integration of equity management tools. Andy also played a key role in securing funding and building relationships with investors.

Prior to Saviynt, Andy worked as the President of Dobus, providing financial consulting services to startup companies. Andy conducted comprehensive audits and developed customized financial strategies to drive growth and enhance profitability.

Before Dobus, Andy served as the Director of Finance and Accounting at DroneDeploy from 2018 to 2020. Andy also held various roles at Paxata, including Director of Finance and Senior Manager of Finance, where they contributed to financial planning and analysis.

Earlier in their career, Andy worked as an Accounting Associate at JPMorgan Chase, an Assurance Senior Auditor at GBQ Partners, and a Staff Accountant at Condit & Associates, LLC.

Andy's educational background includes tutoring positions at The Ohio State University, where they provided assistance in accounting and finance subjects. Andy also served as a Treasurer for the Business Builders Club and Business Builders organization.

Andy Black is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where they served from 2003 to 2005.

Andy Black attended The Ohio State University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Andy also attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business during the same period and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance. In July 2011, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
