Faraz Zobairi

Faraz Zobairi has extensive experience in the operations and support roles within the technology industry. Faraz is currently working at Saviynt as the Sr. Director of Operations since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Saviynt from November 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Saviynt, Faraz had a long tenure at Symantec, starting in 2000. During their time at Symantec, their roles included Director - Global Product Support, where they were responsible for the support strategy of the Endpoint Security portfolio from an overall customer experience standpoint, and Manager/Sr. Manager - Technical Support. In this role, they successfully improved the performance of the North America Tier 2 organization for Endpoint Security by redesigning processes and reorganizing teams.

Faraz also worked as a Supervisor/Associate Manager - Technical Support, leading multiple support teams and overseeing CRM and phone system implementations across different regions. Additionally, Faraz held positions as a Backline Engineer, Product Support Analyst, and Customer Service Representative at Symantec.

Faraz Zobairi completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1999. Faraz later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in IT Management at Western Governors University, starting in 2020 and graduating in 2022. Prior to their university education, Faraz attended Carbondale Community High School, where they completed their secondary education, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this schooling. In terms of additional certifications, Faraz obtained the Certified Support Manager certification from Service Strategies in January 2013.
