Jay Murugaiyan

Jay Murugaiyan currently serves as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Saviynt, where the focus is on next-generation identity and access governance solutions. Prior to joining Saviynt in November 2021, Jay held various leadership positions in global talent acquisition at Movate from August 2006 to November 2021, progressing from Senior Recruiter to AVP. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Management Intern at ZSL Inc. Jay holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Vellore Institute of Technology and a B.Tech in Information Technology from the University of Madras.
