Shelley Greene

Shelley Greene has extensive work experience in the field of UX research and process engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Senior UX Researcher III at Saviynt, a role they have been in since August 2022. Prior to that, Shelley worked at CrowdStrike as a Senior UX Researcher II from June 2018 to August 2022.

Before joining CrowdStrike, Shelley was a Senior UX Researcher at JCPenney from November 2016 to June 2018. Shelley also served as a Process Engineer & Researcher, IAM at Bank of America from May 2016 to November 2016.

Earlier in their career, Shelley worked as a Project Manager UX Design & Research at Appspace from May 2015 to April 2016, where they gained experience in digital signage and enterprise video for employee communications. More recently, Shelley obtained the Product Analytics Certification and Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in March 2023.
