Toon Van Dooren

Toon Van Dooren has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Toon began as a Student Interactive Multimedia Design at Lessius Mechelen in 2007. In 2011, they became an IT Consultant (student) at PHPro. Toon then worked as an E-commerce consultant at PHPro from 2012 to 2016, where their role included conversion, strategy, Magento development, theming, performance measuring and fixing. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Full Stack Developer at Weepee Telecom. Toon then took on the role of DevOps Engineer at MageHost BV from 2020 to 2022. Toon is currently an Innovation Engineer at Savvii Managed Hosting.

Toon Van Dooren has a Bachelor degree in Interactive Multimedia Design from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained in September 2012. Prior to that, they completed a A2 degree in Languages and Office Management from VHTI Dendermonde in 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Magento, including Magento Certified Solution Specialist in May 2015, Magento Certified Developer Plus in December 2014, Magento Certified Front End Developer in May 2013, and Magento Certified Developer in December 2012.
