Alvin Floyd

Alvin Floyd has extensive experience in program and operations management, currently serving as Global Hawk Acquisitions/Program Manager/SME at Whitney Bradley and Brown since February 2016. Prior to this role, Alvin held the position of Operations/Technical Program Manager II at Sawdey Solution Services, leading integration efforts for the AN/ALQ-221 and RAS-1R systems. Experience also includes working as Operations Program Manager II at SIGMA Defense Systems, where Alvin supported U-2 and RQ-4/EQ-4 High Altitude ISR platforms. Earlier roles include Electronic Warfare Program Manager at Spectrum and Logistics/Sensor Manager with the U.S. Air Force, where Alvin focused on asset management for high altitude reconnaissance. Alvin’s career began as Avionics/Flight Chief/Program Manager in the U.S. Air Force, supervising a diverse team and handling technical operations. Alvin holds a degree from Saint Leo University.
