John Rubey

John Rubey has an extensive work experience in sales, leadership, and business mentorship. John started their career as an Account Executive at RR Donnelley in 1992 and later worked as an Account Executive at EarthColor from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they co-founded Square Peg Packaging and Printing, where they successfully grew sales from $0 to $20 million. John then joined Saxco International LLC in 2014, initially as the Market Manager for Packaging & Printing and later promoted to Director of Sales for the Southwest US. During their time at Saxco, they led a sales team and was responsible for growing sales and gross margin, as well as implementing and driving sales adoption in a new national division. In 2016, they became a Board Member at PEERS Network, a non-profit mentoring group that supports local non-profit organizations. Additionally, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Humble Design from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are an Assistant Football Coach at La Costa Canyon Pop Warner, starting from 2022.

John Rubey graduated from San Diego State University in 1991 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing.
