Prior to their current roles, David was a Senior Associate at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP where David prosecuted securities fraud and shareholder rights litigation. David's educational background includes a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
