Rachel Hallum

Rachel Hallum is a Digital Specialist at Saxum since January 2022, having previously held roles including Digital Coordinator and Digital Content Fellow. Prior to Saxum, Rachel worked as a Marketing and Public Communications Representative at the Area Agency on Aging of Western Arkansas, where significant achievements included designing monthly content calendars, tripling social media engagement, and increasing web traffic and contact form submissions through effective social campaigns. Earlier experience as a Grants and Housing Intern at the same agency involved daily client communication and data management to secure government funding, alongside assistance with social media efforts. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Oklahoma, earned in 2021.
