Rob also held positions at Arc'teryx Equipment, where they served as the Manager of Global Sales Operations and the Senior Sales Analyst. At Icebreaker, they worked as a Demand Analyst, and at Norco Bicycles, they held the role of Senior Product Manager. Additionally, Rob has worked at Elastic Path Software as a Merchandising Specialist and at Decathlon UK as the National Commercial Manager and Retail Manager. Rob C. attended Durham University from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in French & Linguistics. In 2017, they briefly enrolled at the UBC Sauder School of Business for a specialized program in High Performance Leadership, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
