Nathaniel Young

Nathaniel Young's work experience starts with their current role as a Data Engineer at Sayari | Global Commercial Ownership Data, which they began in December 2021. Previously, they worked at Apple as a Python Developer from September 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they focused on scaling and automating data collection processes using Airflow and creating tools for data validation and ingestion. Nathaniel also improved pipeline performance through multithreading and streaming.

Before joining Apple, Nathaniel worked as a Marketing Operations Intern at FireEye, Inc. from June 2018 to June 2020. Here, they developed backend servers using Python Flask and integrated them with Marketo, enabling seamless data enrichment and processing. Nathaniel also implemented background processes and a scheduler for automated daily operations.

In addition, Nathaniel served as an Adobe Creative Cloud Ambassador at Adobe from March 2018 to May 2020. Their responsibilities included conducting workshops to teach students how to use Adobe programs, raising student awareness through various marketing channels, and creating graphic designs for print and digital media.

Prior to their internships, Nathaniel gained experience as an Information Technology Intern at The King's Academy in Sunnyvale, CA, where they assisted with network maintenance and improvement, laptop setup, troubleshooting, and hardware repairs during the summer of 2017.

Nathaniel Young completed their high school education at The King's Academy from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Later, from 2016 to 2020, they attended Purdue University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science. Additionally, in May 2020, Nathaniel obtained a certification as an Adobe Ambassador Team Lead from Adobe.
