Karen Hayes, PCC, is a highly accomplished professional development coach with extensive experience in empowering creative thinkers and professionals to overcome self-doubt and enhance their potential. Currently serving as a professional development coach at their own practice since June 2016, Karen also holds positions as a mentor coach at Aspire Coach Training and as an associate executive/career coach at Harmonics. Previous roles include facilitating coaching programs for women's empowerment at Women's Collective Ireland and co-founding Connect A Coach, providing free coaching services during the Covid-19 pandemic. With a comprehensive educational background in coaching and training, including certifications in NLP and strengths-based coaching, Karen is dedicated to fostering growth and development in individuals and teams.
