Gabriel Benaily serves as the Vice President of Research and Development at MineOS since May 2022, driving advancements in data privacy and governance through innovative technological solutions. Prior experience includes a role as R&D Senior Director at eToro, overseeing a team of 110 professionals and managing significant trading and dealing projects, from strategy to production, while also focusing on system modernization and cloud migration. At Essence Group, Gabriel built an R&D group for a cybersecurity-focused startup, creating distributed security solutions for IoT devices utilizing blockchain technology. Earlier in Gabriel's career, experience at Unit 8200 in the Israeli Intelligence Corps encompassed various leadership positions within the Big Data Technologies Department, including Deputy Head, where oversight of development processes and management of large teams was fundamental.
