Brandon Downing

Brandon Downing is an experienced professional in the drilling industry with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Vice President - Drilling and District Manager at SB Directional Services since June 2020, Brandon has previously held significant roles at Halliburton, including Senior Directional Drilling Technical Advisor and DD Performance Development Coordinator. Additionally, Brandon worked at Devon Energy as a Senior Drilling Engineer Technologist, overseeing preplanning and real-time engineering for wellbore trajectory and drilling operations. Earlier positions include various engineering roles at Baker Hughes and Halliburton, where expertise in directional drilling and performance development was cultivated. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.
