Joshua Koenig

Mr. Koenig has served as the Senior Vice President, Legal - International since May 2021. Currently, he is now the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel, Prior to serving as Senior Vice President, from April 2015 to May 2021, Mr. Koenig served as our Vice President and Associate General Counsel - International. Mr. Koenig joined SBA in January 2010 and served as our Corporate Counsel - Finance and Compliance from January 2010 to April 2015. Prior to joining SBA, Mr. Koenig served as an associate with the law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, specializing in corporate and financing transactions, from 2005 to January 2010.
